Introduction

Parker Green International, a leading Northern Ireland based property investment and development company, is offering local investors the opportunity to purchase 72 units in our Central & Eastern European property portfolio. These properties are available for purchase in blocks or on an individual basis. In August 2004, PGI established a Central & Eastern European base in Bratislava, Slovakia, to source the most promising investment and development opportunities in this emerging region. PGI is ideally placed to source residential property for investment due to our local knowledge, network of established contacts and extensive research.

Most investors have come to the conclusion that the market in the UK and Ireland is nearing it's peak and many have already started looking at the new EU countries for residential investment. Foreign Investment started in CEE a year or two before EU accession, particularly in more developed cities like Prague and Budapest, where the real estate markets were relatively more mature. Prices in these cities had already increased by up to 25% in the year up to May 2004, however growth continues especially in the other capitals in Eastern Europe. Poland in particular seems to be the new hot-spot, with Warsaw prices rising by a third in 2006 and in Krakow by even more.

All properties within PGI's portfolio have been constructed to the highest standards. We guarantee that best practice and attention to detail has been adopted for each unit. Upon completion, our in-house project management team meet with the contractors on site to agree a comprehensive snagging list and follow up to ensure that your unit is handed over at the highest standard of quality.

Our multi lingual staff will offer you after sales support, for any issues you may come across during your early months of ownership in this new market. Properties are available upon completion unfurnished or furnished, with an option of assistance with the letting of your property.

We can also introduce you to the most reputable Managing Agents, and help you put a structure in place to suit your needs. We have used the best local lawyers, who will provide interested parties, upon request, with a pack of clear and comprehensive legal documents relating to each of the properties, which can be easily reviewed by you and your lawyer. This makes for an easier and speedier purchase.
